As you know, the Summer Of Body Love E-course (the “Program”) includes access to a Facebook group. By joining that group, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information communicated to you by other Program members and by me, and you acknowledge that you will not disclose any such information to any third party.
Use Of Program Materials
You further agree that you will only use the e-course content (including, without limitation, daily emails from Golda Poretsky and Facebook postings by Golda Poretsky) (collectively, the “Program Materials”) for personal use as part of your participation in the Program, and that you will not use, reproduce, download, disseminate, publish, or transfer, in any form or by any means, any portion of the Program Materials for any other purpose, including, without limitation, for use in coaching your friends or clients, or helping friends and clients to avoid paying for the Program.
