  • Develop an easy and schedule-friendly self care system that indulges your senses and takes care of you, inside and out.
  • Find healthful exercise that you actually enjoy and look forward to.

Step 5: Know How To Move Forward

  • Move forward with tools that will prevent you from slipping in to old patterns.
  • Get clarity on your deepest desires and get support in attaining them.
