Workshop Details

Class #1 — Confronting Your Inner Critic

We will dive in right away by confronting that part of you that keeps you feeling small, stuck, and unworthy. We’ll use techniques for clearing away the old “tapes” that keep you stuck in patterns that don’t serve you.

Class #2 — Rolling In The Deep

In this class, we’ll address old stories about your body and begin to change the stories you tell yourself and others about what you can and can’t experience.

After this class, you’ll feel more grounded in your body and more comfortable experiencing the people around you.

Class #3 — Re-establishing The Connection

In this class, we’ll use techniques for reconnecting you to the joy and pleasure of your body. Not to be missed!

Class #4 – Writing Your New Story

In our final class together, you will rewrite your body image story in a new way, using your struggles as a source of power and confidence.

Q: Where does this class take place?
Wherever you are! You’ll call in on your phone or via skype. You’ll be able to “raise your hand” with the touch of a button. I’ve been teaching and doing group coaching this way for years, and it works great.

Q: Will we be critiqued on our writing?
Not at all. Sharing your writing is optional and is for coaching/supportive purposes, not critique.

Q: Is there any homework between classes?
No. I might give someone an optional assignment based on what comes up in the workshop, but there will be no required or planned homework.

Q: Will Golda be teaching live on all the telecalls?
Absolutely!! All of the calls will be LIVE and taught and led personally by me.

Q: What if I can’t make it live to all the telecalls?
No worries at all. A recording of each and every call will be available the day after and will remain available for at least a month after the program is over.

Q: Do I have to be in the U.S. to participate?
Not at all! As long as you can call in or just listen online to the recordings, you’ll have access. All calls are conducted in English, however.
