  3. As someone with many food sensitivities due to chronic lyme disease messing up my system, I find eating very stressful at times. I am getting better now and am hoping my food problems will settle too but am so used to worrying all the time, it is very hard to just enjoy anything that is bit different to what I usually stick to cooking or to eat out at all in case of commando additives. So, am very glad to have this affirmation to use to help me relax more about food as my gut heals. Thanks Golda!
