		<description>I think it&#039;s great that you&#039;re bringing this up.  You might be surprised and how people react to you loving yourself more.  You may get unexpected reactions.  I find that the more I like myself, the easier of a time I have of deflecting negative behaviors of others.  It&#039;s worth a try, at least, right?</description>
