I too use forms of &#039;time out&#039; and guided imagery, relaxation, meditation, whatever you want to call it - to get back to feeling like myself.  I also do this on my own, but sometimes rely on CDs to get me through longer &quot;sessions&quot;.  I love the products at www.healthjourneys.com.  I have so many friends who enjoy them too.
